Program Overview
Tenicity’s High Performance Program provides a focused, high-intensity training environment for players committed to reaching their full potential. Designed for high school varsity, aspiring college and professional players, this program emphasizes progressive skills development, quality training standards, and a pathway to higher levels of the game.
What We Cover
Our group lessons focus on key areas of game development which include:
- Stroke Development: Developing technique and stroke play to create a strong all-court game.
- Tactical Applications: Tailored game strategies for match play success.
- Mental Training: Exercises to improve focus and to minimize interferences to high performance.
- Fitness: High intensity practices that build tennis specific fitness.
- Positive Youth Development: Facilitating joy for the game and inspiring continuous learning and development.
Who Can Join?
This program is ideal for High School players at the strong intermediate and advanced level.
