Tenicity High Performance Player training

High Performance Program - Winter Session, 2024

Program Description: Tenicity’s High Performance Program is designed to support the learning and development of players who are looking to train with commitment and focus in a high performance environment. 

Skill Level and Ages: The program is suited for junior players typically 8th grade and above at a strong intermediate and advanced level (strong JV and Varsity players). Players will be arranged in sub-groups as per age range and skill level. 

Tenicity Team: The program is led by Harsh Mankad and supported by our team of dedicated and trained coaches.

  • Mental skills training to create joy for the game and enhance development on and off the court  
  • Coaching methods for positive youth development via sports 

Program Location: Baseline Tennis Center at the University of Minnesota campus (see map below)

Group Lessons Schedule: In November and December, indoor group lessons will be offered between Fridays and Sundays. Specific dates and times will be shared on an ongoing basis. The upcoming lessons are:

Saturday, 11/2 from 9-11am

Sunday, 11/3 from 12-2pm

Saturday, 11/9 from 4-6pm 

Sunday, 11/10 from 3.30-5pm
